Tax Specialist

Job Description:

WHAT WILL THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE * Calculation of VAT and WHT. * Coordinating with Finance Teams for CIT and Transfer Pricing Reporting. * Calculations of local taxes for the relevant LATAM Country. * Responsible to coordinate and track relevant activities of our 3PSP * Participate in global projects for LATAM Tax. * Responsible to ensure compliance controls of GFCF * Coordinate with Tax OSP and Country Tax Managers for finalizing the Tax Returns. * Process review setting preventive actions * Communication with all Financial, Tax and Treasury Teams. * Participate in automation projects and digital reports * Preparation of Reconciliations of Tax accounts in the Trial Balance. WHAT SHE / HE WILL NEED TO SUCCEED * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Experience in Global Services Center (preferred) * Compliance controls * Advanced English * 1 + year experience in Tax compliance. * Strong orientation to Continuous Improvement * Accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Experience developing root cause analysis (RCA)
