Collaborates with multiple functions to resolve equipment and process issues and reviews timeliness and accuracy of process documentation.

Job Requirements

* Addressing the action items found during the audits, completing the periodic preventive maintenance tasks, and enforcing the plant's procedures and policies.
* Coordinating and facilitating with the team members and supervisors to prioritize daily activities and meet the required quality and production goals, maximizing productivity.
* Documenting and reporting of data related to downtime, production equipment issues, scrap, labor time, and advising the supervisors on overtime needs.
* Reducing defects and reworks, identifying and eliminating waste, improving and standardizing processes/ methods to demonstrate and implement best practices in production.

What your background should look like

Entry level position, typically requiring little to no related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
