Manager II, RBS

Job Description:

Position Summary:
Works directly with the Site and/or Functional leadership to lead and deploy The Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) is our disciplined, enterprise-wide operating system - integrating our Values, 80/20 mindset, and continuous improvement into the way we lead, plan, execute, and measure performance. (generally defined by a plant headcount of more than 355 employees and/or plant revenue of more than $140M). Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Typically reports to the business/functional/site manager.

Major Responsibilities:
* Works with site or functional leadership to develop Policy Deployment, A3 implementation plans, including current and future Value Streams, Road Map, Technology Road Map.
* Coaches, mentors, and develops site/functional team members through training (Fundamental Elements,) Kaizens, to effectively utilize lean tools, methodologies and philosophies to drive Regal Business System. Train employees and leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools.
* Drives self-directed work teams and works with Value Stream owners to achieve departmental KPI/TTI goals. Measures, tracks and communicates RBS Maturity performance to plant leadership to identify plans for improvement. Ensure improvements deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
* Collaborates with management in selecting and prioritization of projects, leaders and champions that align with business/functional goals and strategies. Leads Champions improvement projects of significant, quantifiable size and scope, meeting the Regal certification guidelines.
* Act as a change agent to embed a CI mindset at all organizational levels
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience (Preferred)
* 5+ years
* Green Belt Certification & Lean Apprentice Certification within 1 Year, Black Belt certification & Lean Practitioner within 3 years preferred
