Estamos buscando un individuo talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Querétaro como Ejecutivo de Operación y Servicio /Seguro Beneficios, desempeñarás un papel crucial en el área
Contaremos contigo para:
* Visita al cliente presencial a 2 plantas de manera quincenal (con mayor frecuencia esporádicamente)
* Asesoría de sus pólizas
* Ingreso de siniestros
* Revisión de los dictámenes
* Entrega de la respuesta final del dictamen de la aseguradora al cliente en tiempo y forma
* Llenado de bitácora de control de asesorías y trámites
¿Qué necesitas tener?
* Bachillerato terminado o Universidad
* 6 meses de experiencia en atención a clientes (presencial o telefónica)
* Excel: Tablas dinámicas
