Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Master Data Specialist for our Mty location.

➢Apply data governance rules, through the maintenance of data quality, consistency and integrity in various systems and processes.
➢ Apply data standards, policies and optimize procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, establish these locally, if they are not determined by the corporate
organization. Ensure strong local knowledge of corporate data programs, organisations, policies, processes, tools, resources … Examples: Data Golden Rules, Golden Rules
Compliance Checklist, Data Domain @Scale …
➢ Provide data management expertise to project teams when a new implementation is required (in terms of information and management systems, processes and tools). Act as
project data contact.
➢ Ensure the update and maintenance of the entity's data across all domains such as equipment records, material specifications, bills of materials, manufacturing execution
systems, warehouse management systems, transport management systems and other relevant information reflecting changes in the entity's assets, processes and
configurations.
➢ Ensure the integration of the entity's data with other systems or applications, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Computerized Maintenance Management
Systems (CMMS), Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) systems, Manufacturing Executive Systems (MES)... Guarantee smooth data flow and consistency between these systems.
➢ Ensure the data part of the Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) process by creating, updating and deleting commercial references and associated data objects
➢ Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle management of the PDM (Product Data Management) system working with the different functions to ensure data completeness and quality
across all domains including industrialization / process elements.
➢ Coordinate the site's data teams to ensure the efficiency of the data process in terms of quality, creation time and updating ofdata. Provide functional support and training to
Data Owners and Key Users in the various business lines.
➢ Manage the site data risk and security process applying standard processes and policies including data retention.
➢ After validation, implement solutions to improve the data management process.
➢ Participate in improving the data management process at regional level, suggest improvements to processes, article updates, documentation and tools, and participate in the
community of data management experts
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree

Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis

Proficiency in Excel
* Manufacturing background experience
* SAP experience mandatory
*
Intercultural skills, team spirit, result oriented
*
High capacity for communication and train production schedulers
*
English advanced.
