We are currently seeking an Jr Manager CMM to join our team. This role is responsible for Portfolio management & Pricing Strategy.
Commercial strategy conception and execution from an early stage in the lifecycle to the end of sales. The Product Marketing Jr. Manager is the owner of the commercial strategy and product management of the given product portfolio and source of NIBU Revenue.

A day in the life of this role:
Commercial Strategy
* Define and drive pricing and incentive strategies to ensure a competitive, profitable portfolio.
* Maximize gross margin and business performance across volume-profit metrics.
* Track KPIs and present results to stakeholders (local, regional, global).
* Lead negotiations with NSCs and align cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.
* Own MTP volume planning aligned with product milestones.

Product Management
* Manage lifecycle strategy from launch to end of sales, including pricing and M&S expenses.
* Lead quarterly product performance reviews.

Product Launch
* Define positioning, USPs, and key messaging.
* Coordinate launch execution and approvals with key stakeholders.
* Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure successful market introduction.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree (Business or related field); MBA desirable.
* Experience in Automotive, Product Marketing, Product Planning, PMO or Brand Management.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Strong analytical, financial and presentation skills.
