Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing, coordinating, and continuously optimizing digital marketing activities that support sales priorities, brand positioning, and lead generation for Bosch Rexroth Mexico.
The role operates with moderate autonomy, owning the day-to-day execution of digital initiatives while closely aligning with SCO leadership, Business Areas, Service, and Corporate Marketing. The focus of the position is strong execution and operational excellence, rather than high-level marketing strategy definition.

Qualifications:

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Completed Degree/Diploma in Marketing Specific courses in Digital Marketing or
Ecommerce education an asset
Experience
* 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
* Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical environments is highly desirable.
* Proven hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Previous exposure to CRM or Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
* Foundational understanding of digital marketing technologies and techniques
* Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing
priorities
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
