Quality Specialist

En tu posición como Quality Specialist, serás responsable de apoyar la correcta ejecución del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de la Compañía en México, asegurando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de GMP, GDP y la NOM-059-SSA1. Reportando al Manager de Calidad, colaborarás en actividades clave relacionadas con calidad documental, control y mantenimiento de registros GxP, apoyo a procesos de capacitación, así como seguimiento a controles de cambio, desviaciones y CAPAs mediante el uso de sistemas de calidad. Participarás en la actualización y gestión de SOPs y Work Instructions, apoyarás procesos de gestión de quejas y métricos básicos de calidad, y colaborarás de forma transversal con equipos regionales, utilizando el inglés a nivel intermedio conversacional. El rol requiere flexibilidad para fungir como respaldo dentro del equipo, apertura para aprender nuevas actividades conforme evoluciona la operación y un enfoque orientado a la estabilidad y desarrollo dentro del área de Calidad. Se requiere contar con al menos 1 a 3 años de experiencia en entornos regulados.

Quién Eres

* Licenciatura en Farmacia, Química, Ciencias de la Vida o carrera afín

* Experiencia previa en industria regulada (farmacéutica, cosméticos o alimentos)

* Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de calidad, documentación GxP y NOM-059

* Nociones de control de cambios, desviaciones y CAPAs

* Familiaridad con sistemas eQMS (TrackWise, Veeva u otros) es deseable

* Inglés intermedio conversacional

* Buenas habilidades de comunicación y actitud abierta al aprendizaje

* Interés en desarrollarte y permanecer a largo plazo dentro del área de Calidad
