El Key Account Manager para Farmacias Benavides y FarmaCon es el responsable directo de las ventas netas, así como del desarrollo y crecimiento de sell out del cliente para nuestras marcas, así como también de implementar los planes estratégicos del área comercial con el cliente, impactando en sus puntos de venta, buscando la maximización de esfuerzos en términos de disponibilidad, visibilidad, promoción y recomendación, así como lograr los objetivos corporativos de ventas, rentabilidad, cartera y participación de mercado.

Principales responsabilidades: 
* Desarrollar, ejecutar e implementar el plan de clientes siguiendo los lineamientos entregados por las
* Gerencias de Canal, con enfoque en las variables básicas de ventas: disponibilidad, visibilidad, promoción y recomendación.
* Entregar historias de venta persuasiva basadas en ciencia, negociar e influenciar a los clientes para alcanzar los resultados de ventas, distribución, rotación y rentabilidad para las marcas de la compañía.
* Construir relaciones colaborativas fuertes con contactos senior de los clientes, y líderes de sus departamentos funcionales.
* Administrar eficientemente el G2N asignado incluyendo la planificación en sistema del presupuesto, el análisis de ROI, la limpieza de cargos en cartera y la apropiada documentación de los acuerdos con cliente en sistema
¿Por qué TÚ? 
Tus calificaciones: 
* Licenciatura en Ciencias Administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
* Mínimo 3 años de experiencia cargos comerciales con nivel senior de medio a alto en compañías de consumo masivo y/o Farma.
* Experiencia directa con las cuentas es deseable
* Inglés intermedio/avanzado
* Habilidades analíticas y administrativas relacionadas al área comercial (gestión de cartera, manejo de SAP)
* Excel Intermedio - Avanzado
