PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

RESPONSABLE DE SUPERVISAR, LIDERAR Y ORGANIZAR A UN EQUIPO DE VENDEDORES/REPARTIDORE/FRPARA EL LOGRO DE OBJETIVOS ASEGURANDO LA SEGURIDAD EN TODO MOMENTO, MIENTRAS TRABAJA EN LA EJECUCION DE UNA ESTRATEGIA COMERCIAL, EL CUIDADO EL SEGUIMIENTO A INDICADORES DE NEGOCIO, TENIENDO UN ENFOQUE EN EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?

Escolaridad
* Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Experiencia
* Amplia experiencia en ventas.
* Lectura, comprensión y seguimiento de KPIs de negocio.
Requisitos indispensables
* Licencia de chofer vigente.
* Disponibilidad para movilidad dentro de la zona de cobertura.
Habilidades
* Trabajo en equipo.
* Comunicación efectiva.
* Habilidad matemática.
* Manejo y desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño.
