Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer to join our global team and support the creation and evolution of service documentation.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that technical procedures, manuals, and service instructions are clear, accurate, and accessible, enabling high-quality maintenance and service operations across regions.

As a Technical Writer, you will:

* Develop and maintain technical documentation
Create, edit, and update user manuals, installation guides, technical procedures, and maintenance instructions.

* Own the documentation lifecycle
Support end-to-end documentation processes, from defining scope and requirements to continuous updates and improvements.

* Ensure quality and consistency
Review and validate documentation (internal and supplier-provided) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with standards.

* Translate technical information into clear content
Gather insights from technical drawings, specifications, existing materials, and SMEs to build structured documentation.

* Organize and structure knowledge
Consolidate documentation from multiple sources into a standardized and sustainable framework.

* Drive continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes, including automation and standardization.

* Collaborate globally
Work closely with engineering, customer service, and support teams, primarily based in the U.S.

What you bring

* Experience:
2-5 years in technical writing, documentation, or similar roles.

* Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Technical writing expertise:
Strong ability to write, edit, and structure technical content across different formats with high attention to detail.

* Tools & systems:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP or similar).

* Language skills:
Advanced English communication (written and verbal).

* Soft skills:
Analytical thinking, proactivity, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.
