We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assurance/Audit Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about accounting, finance, and supporting clients in achieving compliance and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

As an Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist in executing audit procedures for client engagements under the supervision of senior team members
* Perform substantive testing of financial statement line items and internal controls
* Document audit findings and prepare working papers in accordance with PwC's methodology
* Communicate findings and recommendations to clients
* Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality audit
* Participate in client meetings and gain exposure to various industries and business models
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture

What you will bring along

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Relevant internship or work experience is an asset
