OSA afdeling LOC

Job Description:

Als OSA ben jij dé financiële sparringpartner voor de operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat kosten inzichtelijk zijn, analyses betrouwbaar zijn en managementbeslissingen worden ondersteund door feiten en data. In deze veelzijdige rol houd je je bezig met het monitoren, analyseren en optimaliseren van kosten binnen de organisatie. Je verzamelt en valideert financiële gegevens, stelt rapportages op en signaleert afwijkingen voordat deze een probleem worden. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan procesverbeteringen en ondersteun je het management met heldere analyses en aanbevelingen.
Jij bent iemand die verder kijkt dan de cijfers alleen. Je bent nieuwsgierig, kritisch en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een sterke teamspeler die gemakkelijk schakelt met verschillende afdelingen.
Daarnaast beschik je over:
* Een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding
* Uitstekende kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office.
* Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.
* Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze.
* Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
* Een proactieve instelling en een passie voor procesverbetering.
