Retail Developer - South Nederland

Job Description:

The Retail Developer has a key position in the Retail team. His/her key mission is to create unique and tailored experience for customers, acting as an ambassador for the brand and contributing to Dior's growth. The main focus will be stimulating and developing Dior sell-out in the Multibrands stores of his/her region (+/-30 stores) through:
* Indirect management of store performance of his/her regio with a particular focus on top stores (clusters 1, 2 & 3) (30%)
* Direct Sell-out performance in stores (70%)
Profile: Passion for Retail and for field mission Structured and organized Good analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability No 9 to 5 mentality Creativity and entrepreneurship High Customer service skills Knowing: Dutch speaking with good knowledge of English. Beauty expert with advanced Make-Up skills Experience: 2-3 Years Commercial/retail experience minimum Established relationships with key Beauty Retailers in the market is a plus
