What We're Looking For: Proven experience (10+ years) in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail or a similar premium brand environment, with a strong understanding of virtual merchandising principles. Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and platforms relevant to merchandising, e-commerce, and visual communication. An exceptional eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury presentation, with the ability to translate brand DNA into compelling visual displays. Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage. Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Benelux and Nordics region
