Digital Marketing Analyst
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Analyst drives data-based decision making across Health Systems Marketing by delivering digital performance insights, measurement frameworks, and optimization recommendations. The role unlocks the value of digital marketing, web, campaign, and customer data to improve marketing effectiveness, strengthen customer experience, and support growth.
Your role:
Digital performance analytics
* Analyze website, campaign, channel, and conversion performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
* Monitor customer journeys, funnel performance, traffic quality, engagement, and conversion signals across digital touchpoints.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing programs and provide clear recommendations to improve ROI and business impact.
Marketing measurement and reporting
* Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for digital marketing and campaign performance.
* Define, track, and improve key marketing KPIs in partnership with stakeholders.
* Support marketing performance reviews with rigorous measurement, insights, and action-oriented recommendations.
Insight generation and optimization
* Translate data from multiple sources into actionable insights that improve campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign learning.
* Support test-and-learn approaches, experimentation, pre-post analysis, and attribution thinking to strengthen performance management.
* Identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes in digital performance and recommend improvement actions.
Data and martech enablement
* Work with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, BI tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
* Help ensure data quality, measurement consistency, and proper interpretation of reporting outputs.
* Contribute to documentation of dashboards, metrics, and reporting logic to improve transparency and reuse.
Cross-functional partnership
* Partner with Digital, Campaign Activation, Web, Customer, and Commercial stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver insight-led recommendations.
* Collaborate with Marketing Insights & Analytics (MI&A) colleagues and business partners to connect digital analytics with broader customer, campaign, and commercial priorities.
* Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing performance reporting, or commercial analytics.
* Hands-on experience with web and digital analytics platforms, reporting tools, and dashboarding solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and turn them into clear recommendations.
* Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B healthcare or health technology marketing.
* Experience with attribution, experimentation, marketing ROI analysis, and customer journey analytics.
* Familiarity with CRM, first-party data, and audience/customer analytics.
* Knowledge of SQL, APIs, BigQuery, Python, or advanced analytics methods is a plus.
