Then apply now and join us as our HCP CRM Product Analyst in our Hoofddorp (Danone Place Amsterdam) office! Danone Place Amsterdam is the global head office of our Specialized Nutrition Unit where the global strategies are rolled out to the rest of the world.
In this role as HCP CRM Product Analyst, you'll support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) solutions in the Healthcare/Medical area, ensuring strong data quality, user adoption, and alignment with business needs.
Main responsibilities of this role:
* Support the Product Owner in defining product roadmap items and preparing backlog documentation.
* Gather and consolidate requirements from CBUs and regions; validate them through workshops or interviews.
* Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and basic functional documentation.
* Help check and validate delivered features using acceptance criteria (UAT preparation and execution).
* Prepare training materials and support the Learning & Development team in delivering training sessions.
* Assist in maintaining platform governance, documentation, and compliance processes.
* Track system performance metrics, adoption rates, and user feedback; highlight improvement opportunities.
* Conduct initial investigations of issues, support troubleshooting efforts, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
* Support change management actions across regions to build CRM culture and drive consistent adoption.
* Stay updated on market trends and HCP CRM best practices; share insights with the product team.
Job dimension (key metrics of complexity):
* Cross-functional collaboration with SNU Tech, Data & Analytics, Regions, GTI, and Business stakeholders.
* Global scope with multiple workstreams and timelines.
Education & professional experiences needed:
* 2–3 years’ experience in CRM/SFA, preferably in Life Science/Pharma.
* Experience with Salesforce.com–based solutions is a plus.
* Basic experience with analytics, BI tools, or data visualization is beneficial.
* Experience working in cross-functional projects or product environments.
Managerial competencies and personal skills needed:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
