Front Office Receptionist - Soho House Amsterdam
We are seeking a charismatic Front Office Receptionist to be the first face our members see when they walk through the Soho House doors. You'll have experience within a similar role, be comfortable with booking systems and email, as well as being a fantastic communicator both over the phone and face to face.
As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
What we are looking for
* Must have experience in a customer service role
* Must be okay with multi-tasking, answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally
* Quick learner or have OpenTable, Salesforce and/or Opera experiencce
* Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter
* Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment
* Strong communication skills in English
* Flexible schedule and ability to work late nights and weekends
