For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for a Q&T System and Digital Technologist.

As our System and Digital Technologist, you contribute directly to the Quality & Technology team's mission by shaping, optimizing, and sustaining the digital systems that power our operations. You apply your technical expertise and hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to ensure our digital tools, data flows, and production systems work seamlessly together. In this role, you support the realization of innovation, renovation, productivity, secure, quality, and investment projects-either by leading them or by actively contributing within multidisciplinary teams. You further strengthen our performance by driving and supporting continuous improvement of process, project, departmental, and factory workflows, while acting as a key link between the factory and R&I to ensure digital and technological solutions meet both current and future operational needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Lead and support digital innovations and improvements for the Quality and Technology department:
(Identify, assess and implement digital opportunities, develop and maintain dashboards in PowerBI and Excel VBA, Translate functional requirements into system solutions across MES, SCADA, and PLC environments)
* Introduce new materials and recipes into factory systems:
(Integrate recipes into SAP, Translate recipe requirements into operational settings for MES, PLC, and SCADA systems)
* Technology partner for Digital and Engineering teams, Operations, Quality and Technology in project execution and performance.
