Operations Accountant

Job Description:

Our Finance Department is looking for an

Operations Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

* Coordination of the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities in compliance with US GAAP.
* Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial exhibits.
* Preparing statutory annual reports for 4 legal entities in accordance with Dutch GAAP.
* Leading the annual tax filing process according to Dutch tax regulations.
* Responsible for Fixed Assets accounting.
* Leading continuous improvements on internal control and Finance processes.
* First point of contact for the internal and external audits.
* Providing business counseling on financial and internal control matters.

What Skills You Need:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration related field.
* Relevant working experience in accounting and internal control.
* Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
* Strong work ethics and drive for continuous improvement.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility and understanding to be able to work with people at different levels, locations and cultures.
* Drive to solve problems independently
