About the job

As a PRGM assistant, you are part of the PRGM team within customer development. You'll provide administrative support to the team. You master our internal systems and get energized by data accuracy within these systems and getting things done. You reassure perfect communication flows with other teams such as the field team and masterdata team. You know how to prioritize daily tasks.

About the Job

Promo management:

* Ensure meticulous follow-up in TPM, creating promotions, adapting based on customer communications, validating internal and external modifications and updating internal systems accordingly
* Be the SPOC in promo confirmation & ensure communication within teams, including shopper and field team
* Keep promo plans up-to-date
Pricing & trade terms management:
*
* Set up and maintenance of the official tariff lists (new tariff and innovations), as well as encoding them in internal systems
* Maintenance of pricing and conditions files, including Blueplanner uploads and Masterdata communications
