Job Description:

Overview

SodaStream, part of the global PepsiCo family, has been inspiring people for over a century to transform everyday water into extraordinary sparkling creations. We started with one mission: to help the world drink better, by offering an easy, fun, and personalized alternative to bottled beverages. Today, we are proud to lead a global movement that goes beyond bubbles. Our work is about sustainability, innovation, and creating a real positive impact for people, for the planet, and for the future of the beverage industry. At SodaStream, we challenge the ordinary. We celebrate individuality, and we spark change through bold ideas, smart solutions, and a shared passion for doing things better. The main activity of NLC (Netherlands Logistics Centre) is refilling and distributing gas cylinders and packaging and distributing SodaStream products for the European market. Now, we are growing, and we are looking for people who want to be part of what's next. If you are ready to shape the future of drinking, sustainability, and innovation: join us!

We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Technical Administrator to strengthen our Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) department at the Netherlands Logistics Centre (NLC) in Tilburg. In this role, you are the backbone of the technical organization: ensuring structure, visibility, and control in workshop administration, spare parts management, and technical processes.
You combine technical understanding with strong organizational skills, support engineers and technicians in their daily work, and help the team perform at a high and reliable level through good systems, clear procedures, and solid data.

Responsibilities

You will:
* Create, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Maintenance & Engineering department.
* Organize and manage the technical workshop administration, including a well-structured spare parts inventory based on usage and lead times.
* Own the management, movement, and stock accuracy of technical spare parts, using your technical insight to improve systems and workflows.
* Analyze maintenance and engineering data to create clear, proactive reports and identify improvement opportunities.
* Manage purchase orders related to maintenance activities, including tracking, follow-up, and proper close-out.
* Ensure compliance with ISO calibration requirements by tracking schedules and maintaining accurate records.
* Support and maintain the technical work-order management system and contribute to the development of dashboards that highlight performance gaps.

Qualifications

You bring:
* MBO level 4 education, preferably in maintenance engineering or technical stock keeping.
* Several years of experience in a similar technical or maintenance environment.
* Strong skills in Excel, Word, and data-entry systems; comfortable working with technical administration.
* Experience with stock management, inventory counting, and maintaining stock balance.
* A structured, accurate, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership.
* Good communication skills and the ability to support technical teams effectively.
* Excellent command of the English language.

Our offer:
* Dutch employment contract(36-40 hours), starting with a year contract, with the intention to extend to fixed contract.
* Company bonus scheme.
* 25 vacation days (and the possibility to buy 10 days more/based on your working week).
* Mobile phone/Laptop.
* Pension scheme.
* A free SodaStream device and free-of-charge exchange of CO2 cylinders.
* SodaStream celebrations & events: Summer & new Years parties, holiday celebrations, etc.
* A warm, family-like, and international working environment with colleagues from 30 different countries based in our facility in Tilburg.
SodaStream is a growing company and there are plenty of opportunities to grow with us. We offer you a fun, versatile and vibrant work environment in which you can adequately challenge and develop yourself. In addition, you will work in a fresh and open team, with lots of freedom and responsibilities in your work.
