* Create, maintain, and present marketing and event performance reports, translating data into actionable insights;
* Work with Product Operations on customer surveys and NPS programmes, including execution, analysis, and follow-up actions;
* Conduct market research to support marketing strategies and initiatives;
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for upcoming campaigns.
Your profile
You are curious, organised, and eager to learn, with a passion for technology-driven marketing and a desire to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
In addition, you bring:
* A Master's degree in Marketing (or equivalent).
* At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, including campaign execution and coordination.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
* The ability to analyse marketing data and translate insights into actions. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
* A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from others.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Dutch.
What makes this role interesting?
* A high-impact permanent, full-time position, with a direct contribution to reducing customer churn;
* Strong exposure to senior stakeholders in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands, across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success;
* The chance to help shape how Wolters Kluwer positions itself in a market that is rapidly evolving towards AI and cloud-based solutions;
* A strong team culture with extensive coaching and mentoring, truly supporting your growth and development;
* Clear opportunities for skill development and career progression;
* A hybrid working model with 2 office days per week.
