Your Mission
Drive the operational deployment of critical business practices, Process & Tools, Governance and KPI monitoring, across both Selling and Execution phases of Solution projects.

Ensure a proper management on Risks & Opportunities identification, monitoring, and escalation to the management to warn on any major deviation.

Ensure CPP guidance, deployment, and support for Energy Management Systems business.

Scope & Environment
* Full Energy Management System business across the region, supporting full Regions, Clusters, Countries, Hubs, Execution Centers during tendering & execution.
* Work very closely with Operations, Accounts, Sales team, Solution Centers, Clusters & HUB`s, leaders as well as the TM/PM community.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Monitor opportunity pipeline portfolio, analyze the performance, and identify improvement actions focusing on complex opportunities and projects, leveraging BfO and GreenBerry tools. Deploy, monitor, and support the Solution Selling Governance across the full Energy Management System within the geographic region.
* Animate Cluster SOC (Solution Opportunity Committee). Ensure it is systematically done biweekly, including cadence & invitations & MoM`s & Action Tracker. Liaise with Regional OPM in the preparation and escalation of the opportunities to RSOC (Regional Opportunity Committee). Ensure Cluster SOCs are established and following Solution Selling Governance.
* Prepare & Update Opportunity Pipeline Dashboards (CPO Dashboard / Reports / Balanced Score Card), bringing visibility of Top 10 Opportunities & Must WIN, KPI`s evolution ( (i) Hit Rate (ii) Margin at booking (iii) SOC performance) & BFO data improvement leveraging bFO and GreenBerry tools.
* Ensure full compliance of Customer Project Process (CPP) across Selling, QLK approvers as per DOA for the full Energy Management System within the Cluster all countries, including deployment, training and coaching of tools and processes.
* Animate (Risk Escalation Level) project reviews. Assure it is done monthly, being responsible for the Cadence & Invitations & MoM`s & action tracker. And liaise with Regional PPM in the preparation and Escalation of projects to REL 4 or REL 5 and with Contract Manager for REL X
* Execute Portfolio Analyses and Alignment with Finance & Entity Leader to measure performance and KPI`s, actions, escalation and reporting.
* Reporting - Manage Opportunity & Project portfolio & Operational Performance Reports. Highlight status, progress & roadblocks.
* Adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization contributing with actions resultant of: Support CSAT and Quality teams, including participation in KICs, ISO, 3S assessment, Margin Monitoring, Win & Loss Analyses, Lessons learnt and CPP audit.
* Support Local Implementation of Process & Tools (Alma, Aconex, Greenberry, SGV) and ensure compliance.
* Adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization contributing with actions resultant of: 3S assessment, Margin Monitoring, Win & Loss Analyses, Lessons learnt and CPP audits

Qualifications - About You
* Education: University Degree (Engineering or Business preferred).
* Language requirements: Fluent English is Mandatory.
* Experience & leadership: Minimum 4-5 years in Sales, Quality, Process, Tools, Project management. Natural leadership, acting like an owner, open to discussing and challenging others, inspiring and influencing change management. Experience deploying Continuous improvement assignments & Leading transformation through business.
