Reliability & Data Analysis Engineer

Boeing Poland is seeking a Reliability & Data Analysis Engineer to join their team in Rzeszow, Poland.

Position Responsibilities:
* Analyze & interpret large datasets; develop and communicate clear recommendations based on data insights.
* Support design and implementation of data models and ETL processes to ingest and transform structured/unstructured data.
* Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement data requirements, and support data instrumentation and capture.
* Participate in the definition of data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
* Prepare data for analytics by cleansing, transforming, aggregating, and integrating data from multiple sources.
* Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate results and trends to stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and analytics artifacts.
* Support performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines and queries.
* Assist in the evaluation and selection of data tools, platforms and technologies to meet business needs.
* Provide hands-on support for production data issues and assist in problem resolution.
* Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance as needed.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
* Use statistical techniques and machine learning methods to derive insights and build predictive models.
* Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards for data handling and processing.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science or related fields.
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
* Experience with SQL and relational databases.
* Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
* Experience with programming languages (Python, R, or equivalent).
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences in the English language.
* Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience in the aerospace, defense, or aviation industries.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
* Experience with: big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), NLP techniques and tools, version control systems (Git), DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
