About the job
Support product owner in charge for SAP AR & e-invoicing program in Europe in product management activities, delivering solid technical expertise and business process knowledge to maximize business benefits and satisfaction from product usage on global level.
Responsibilities
* Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and prioritize requirements.
* Requirements Communication: Help the Product Owner to communicate and explain the business needs in a way that everyone understands.
* Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Identifying patterns, trends, and correlations that can inform product strategy and decision-making.
* Risk management: Support the Product Owner in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the Product.
* Continuous Improvement: Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders, team members, and end-users to identify areas for improvement.
* Stakeholder communication: Supports the Product Owner to communicate with the stakeholders to understand them as much as possible
* Product Performance Analysis: Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance product effectiveness and profitability.
* Program & project management: Manage or participate in programs & projects related to the product and to e-invoicing
* Play internal Subject Matter Expert role for SAP Accounts Receivables
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of I2C (Order-to-Cash) business processes
* Solid knowledge of SAP AR, including hands-on experience in system configuration and customization
* Solid experience in IT applications support/CRs management and IT projects management
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, supported by strong communication skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective, business-oriented solutions
* Ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
* High adaptability and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English is required; French or Polish would be considered an advantage" descriptionHeader="
