The GSP (Global Service for Performance) is a new entity created in 2023. In the Finance, Performance and Development department, it provides reporting, purchasing management, financial relations with clients and accounting services for various Group entities, in France and abroad.
The GSP has more than 800 members in Europe. It relies on its teams and the use of the latest technologies to foster innovation and operational excellence in the service of data production and exploitation, process improvement and quality of service.

Missions
The Report to Value Creation (R2VC) Department's mission is to meet the analysis and reporting needs of Finance and Performance partners in France and Europe, by making available data, producing standardized reports, providing first-level analysis, ensuring data quality.
Within R2VC, the Analysis & Support Controlling Division manages the analysis and control of receipts/services, preparation of closing, collection of forecast data, input into financial tools and the realization of certain sovereign reports.
We are recruiting Financial Controller, who will play a key role in supporting the controllers of 2 departments of Orange Innovation (headquarters + IT).
Their missions will be the management of the purchase cycle from support to operational staff to closing entries, preparation of expenditure committees and analysis of accounting data. They will guarantee the figures from the tools presented in monthly reports, of which they will ensure the first level of analysis.
Position description:
* Preparation of expenditure committees.
* Animation of the upstream phase with operational staff (schedule communication and reminders before the transition dates).
* Support to operational staff to fill in data in the tool.
* Extraction of purchase requests before each committee to carry out budgetary control and synthesize information for the committee.
* Participation in the committee with the departments' controllers.
* Follow-up of decisions (additional information if necessary for the decision, creation of post-decision purchase orders).
* Level 2 validation of purchase requests (>25kEUR).
* Checking of accounting key.
* Consumption tracking.
* Ensuring consistency between time tracking tool (Clarity) and Oracle (service delivery).
* Monthly closing activities.
* Determination of monthly service delivery with the help of operational staff and/or the departments' controllers.
* Oracle / PO / Invoices requests to calculate provisions and send ODs to accounting department.
* Status of service delivery by order in Excel format (deliverable for controllers).
* Clarity OD for consistency between the 2 tools after closing.
* Submission of daily reporting to the departments' controllers during monthly closing for checking.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in French
* Solid knowledge of accounting and financial techniques, with experience in controlling
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills
* Proficiency in management applications (Oracle, Reporting tools), office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and advanced Excel data modeling skills
* A proactive approach to automation and new tools
* Rigor and organizational skills
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain diplomacy
* A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines
