What does the job involve?
Responsible for tax review documents, involvement in proper classification of investments and in the process of preparation of selected tax returns.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

* VAT invoice handling: monitoring and resolving issues related to incorrect invoices to ensure full and compliant input VAT deductions.

* Involvement in the KSeF invoice processing workflow, including error analysis, support in resolving technical issues, and assistance with invoice posting and payment processes.

* Tax review of accounting documents.

* Participation in the fixed asset capitalization process, including entering data into the system and initiating depreciation.

* Participation in the allocation of construction-in-progress costs to ensure proper capitalization of fixed assets once they are put into use.

* Involvement in maintaining the tax register of fixed assets and intangible assets, as well as periodical reviews of tax depreciation.

* Assistance in preparing documents and explanations for external audits and tax inspections.

* Assistance in preparing data related to withholding tax, including CIT-10Z and IFTR-2 declarations.

* Support in the ongoing review of accounting records, for example in the area of fixed asset recognition and foreign exchange difference calculations.

* Ongoing contact with tax authorities, support in preparing responses to inquiries, and preparation of schedules, data, and other required information.

* Participation in the calculation of real estate tax and preparation of the relevant tax returns.

* Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in a similar position (fixed assets knowledge would be an advantage).

* Fluent Polish and advanced English, both written and spoken.

* SAP experience will be an advantage.
