ROLE PROFILE
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with 16 to 18 yrs of experience to lead critical initiatives across strategic commercial delivery. You will be accountable for end-to-end programme management for strategic commercial initiatives, spanning business change, technology, AI and agentic systems, data governance, supplier management, and legal. You will drive the strategic direction, integrated planning, and delivery of major product, technical, and organisational change programmes-from inception through market launch-ensuring alignment across interdependent workstreams and the creation of clear critical paths. A core responsibility is the continual refinement of programme delivery practices to improve agility, speed, and execution quality. A key part of this role is to support and guide Product & Proposition leads through the RI defined PLM cycle, increasing the overall speed and quality of delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Provides overall programme leadership, guidance and technical expertise to lead all aspects of a programme from the initial 'inception phase' through requirements analysis, business case creation, planning to execution.
* Holds ultimate accountability for delivery, managing programmes with great complexity, impact, risk, budget variances and change requests.
* Monitors overall progress of the programme, with particular focus on budgets, key milestones, resources, and dependencies.
* Aligns programmes to the strategic delivery, portfolio and transformation direction, ensuring prioritisation of key projects and devising new ideas and initiatives to support the organisation.
* Creates Integrated delivery plans across dependent programmes -dependency mapping, requirement reconciliation and creating critical paths.
* Responsible for mapping out change process for primary user community over time - indicating how the deliveries change how the user community operates.
* Responsible for defining, and constant refinement, of the best practises of programme delivery to increase the agility, speed and quality of execution.
* Responsible for defining and ongoing refinement of the approach, process and artefacts that support the adoption of 'best practises' in Programme Management.
* Produces reports for senior management, and collaborators (Product, user community, LSEG PMO and Finance) on the progress of the programme against objectives and plans, highlighting any improvement areas and the requirements to correct them.
* Promotes and fosters collaboration across broad categories of partners, providing leadership in cross-functional meetings and representing the seniority of the programme or senior partners in governance boards and committees.
* Collaborates with the Head of Technology, Product and Content ops to ensure the programme achieves objectives and aligns with business priorities.
* Leads, coaches, and mentors programme and project managers within the programme, setting performance and delivery expectations to yield consistent results, whilst highlighting and promoting successful practices across the organisation.
* Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.

* Technical competence - Understands / has experience of technical delivery (preferable within a data engineering context) in terms of cadence, terminology, delivery cycle, agile, AI and Agentic.
* Customer focus - Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to explore business challenges, developing tailored solutions and providing trusted advice.
* Decision making - Takes a data led approach to assessing and solving challenges leading to the selection of ideas to reach the best outcome in the shortest amount of time.
* Communication - Communicates with clarity and precision, communicating complex information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.
* Stakeholder management - Builds positive relationships with internal and external collaborators to understand their drivers and negotiates positive outcomes.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 207,800 zł - 328,600 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
