At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The opportunity:

This role is based in our Diagnostics Commercial digital portfolio, which is dedicated to delivering high-impact AI and advanced analytics products to the global market. We operate with an end-to-end agile mindset, taking cutting-edge technological solutions from initial concept through strict regulatory validation to successful market launch. The immense scale of data and complex global compliance frameworks applied in this division offer you unparalleled opportunities for strategic leadership and professional growth.

* You will independently manage the full end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, commercial AI and analytics products.
* You will orchestrate robust solution validation and model compliance workstreams, ensuring solutions meet global regulatory standards without compromising delivery speed.
* You will act as a Tech Lead or Product Owner to guarantee requirements traceability, resolve intricate bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality, compliant product releases.
* You will strategically manage a diverse range of senior stakeholders, aligning technical data science workstreams with commercial business health objectives.
* You will translate requirements into strategic implementation plans, conducting cost-benefit analyses for large-scale enterprise environments.
* You will mentor junior delivery managers and drive organizational transformation by championing best practices in agile frameworks and Communities of Practice.

Who you are:

* Experience: Proven track record in Product Leadership, with extensive experience driving the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products (Required).
* Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in delivering Data, AI, or Machine Learning solutions within highly regulated environments like Pharma, Diagnostics, or MedTech (Required).
* Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated success in orchestrating validation frameworks (e.g., GxP, Computer Systems Validation) as an integrated component of the product lifecycle (Required).
* Agile Leadership: Mastery of Agile/Lean frameworks, with a practical focus on scaling delivery and resolving cross-squad or cross-functional hurdles (Required).
* Certifications: Professional certifications in Product Management (e.g., SAFe, PSPO) or Compliance/Quality (e.g., CQA, RAC) (Preferred).
* Competencies: An exceptional communicator capable of synthesizing complex technical and validation barriers for non-technical commercial leadership and regulatory bodies.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 0.00 CHF - 0.00 CHF. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
