The Position

ReshapeAI is our priority program aimed at completely revolutionizing the end-to-end content supply chain across Commercial and Medical domains using Generative AI. Our vision is to establish a unified, AI-powered content personalization engine that maximizes content effectiveness, drives operational efficiency, and creates powerful synergy across the organization. By seamlessly combining the integration of market-leading third-party tools with our own proprietary generation engines and data models, we are significantly reducing costs, accelerating time-to-market, and driving measurable strategic impact. As a part of this forward-thinking area, Reshape AI Technical Product Owner will be at the forefront of scaling enterprise-grade AI, transforming how business-critical content is generated, personalized, and delivered globally.

Responsibilities

Scope / (Content Leadership):

* Provides expert guidance and strategic direction on defining and managing scope for complex or high-impact initiatives.
* Develops, implements, and champions scope management strategies, frameworks, and best practices for relevant initiatives.
* Oversees the management of significant scope changes, ensuring strategic alignment and minimal disruption, while proactively identifying and driving improvements to scope-related processes for enhanced delivery efficiency.

Accountability/Problem Solving:

* Leads the analysis of complex and strategic delivery problems across boundaries, eliciting complex needs and influencing decisions.
* Accountable for delivery management on significant initiatives, defining strategic solutions, and driving consensus through persuasive communication and facilitation.
* Proactively identifies strategic opportunities and risks, and mentors colleagues on problem-solving.

Stakeholder Management:

* Identifies key stakeholders, including senior management, across organizational boundaries and analyzes complex stakeholder networks.
* Develops and executes comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plans. Influences stakeholder decisions related to delivery, navigates conflicts to achieve alignment, and builds strong collaborative relationships across the organization.

Impact/Strategy:

* Provides consistent leadership and significant impact across major products within a product line or domain.
* Drives significant impact on projects and programs by embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change initiatives.
* Leads the evaluation of strategic solution options, fosters a culture of innovation, and proactively proposes improvements to help implement strategic objectives.

Complexity / (Product Size):

* Manages complex projects or services, potentially across domains, and leads delivery within a program or large initiative.
* Manages highly complex delivery involving multiple dependencies, opportunities, and risks. Handles ambiguous delivery requirements and leads the implementation of delivery frameworks while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

Business/Technical ability:

* Possesses in-depth business knowledge and understanding of market trends to shape delivery strategies that achieve strategic business objectives.
* Drives business process improvements and innovation, and leads the implementation of Agile frameworks and other delivery best practices.
* Manages large-scale, complex delivery programs and innovates delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are

Education / Experience
* Hybrid System Delivery: Extensive experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Program Manager leading the delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise systems composed of a mix of 3rd-party tool integrations and custom-built proprietary engines.
* Agile AI Transformation: Proven track record of embedding Agile best practices and driving organizational change within high-priority, AI-driven, or technically complex product domains.
* Cross-Boundary Collaboration: Demonstrated success building strong relationships with senior global stakeholders and cultivating deep collaboration across technical and business organizational boundaries.

Technical / Business Skills

* Agentic AI Expertise: Proven expertise in implementing and managing Agentic solutions and Generative AI technologies at scale, from concept to production.
* Pharma Commercial Domain: Excellent understanding of commercial marketing and sales business processes within the pharmaceutical industry (or a similarly highly-regulated global environment).
* Technical Product Ownership: Advanced capability in managing complex technical product lifecycles, including integration architecture, API data flows, and defining robust non-functional requirements (NFRs).

Additional Qualifications

* Strategic Communication: Exceptional facilitation and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex AI/technical architecture into clear business value to drive consensus among senior leadership.
* Mentorship & Talent Growth: Strong coaching capabilities, with a passion for mentoring less experienced Product Owners or delivery professionals and guiding them through complex scope management.
* Navigating Ambiguity: Highly resilient and adaptive, with the ability to manage technical risks, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment within a fast-paced, cutting-edge program environment.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
