Specialist Risk Management with Hungarian/Croatian/Czech

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Contribute to the development and implementation of risk policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the development of a risk-aware culture.
* Contribute to the risks' mapping realization.
* Contribute to the design of the Risk Framework (policies, etc.).
* Work with the risk managers to improve the level of assessment and the completeness of risk identification.
* Control its effective implementation within all levels of the organisation.
* Support product teams, operations, data engineers and risk experts to plan, develop and deliver new projects and / or product s' risk's picture.
* Control the proposed escalation to exco members, management, etc. for acceptation or mitigation of identified risks.
* Contribute to the development of a risk-aware culture.

Who Are We Looking For

* English language is a must
* Proficiency in Hungarian/Croatian/Czech will be an advantage
* Previous knowledge of KYC, AML compliance or merchant risk assessment is a must
* Attention to detail and analytical skills
* Problem-solving attitude
* Logical thinking and ability to learn
* Experience in working in an international environment
* Ability to easily interpret and implement changes in risk-related requirements and policies quickly
