Expert Specialist

About the role

We're looking for an Expert Specialist who will bring our omnichannel engagement strategy to life in the market.
In this role, you'll turn brand plans into connected, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels - creating seamless expert journeys that drive engagement, recommendation and long-term impact.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Digital and commercial teams, making sure the right message reaches the right audience, through the right channels.

Role Responsibilities

* Execute omnichannel campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Define target audiences and choose the right channel mix.
* Orchestrate integrated campaigns (social, search, email, webinars, etc.).
* Ensure consistent and seamless expert experience across all touchpoints.
* Manage key digital platforms (CRM, websites, engagement tools).
* Track campaign performance and optimize based on data.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Digital teams and external agencies.
* Support test & learn initiatives and continuous improvement.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience in digital marketing, media planning or omnichannel roles (approx. 3-5 years).
* Significant understanding of customer journeys and channel strategy.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva) and analytics.
* Knowledge of key digital channels (social, search, programmatic, email).
* Analytical mindset with focus on performance and ROI.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in healthcare or B2B environment.
* Experience with e-commerce or customer engagement platforms.

PLN 139 773,00 - PLN 192 187,60 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
