Main responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional healthcare stakeholders, including hospital directors, regional health fund decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.
* Support the introduction of new products to the hospital market and optimize patient access at regional level for prioritized therapies.
* Drive optimal funding and reimbursement status for innovative treatments, supporting applications and emergency access procedures.
* Communicate the therapeutic and economic value of products to key stakeholders, ensuring patients can access life-changing treatments.
* Monitor and analyze trends in hospital contracting, funding programs, and healthcare policies to anticipate and mitigate access risks.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with medical teams and market access colleagues to implement integrated regional access strategies.
* Identify alternative financing sources and partnership opportunities to expand patient access to innovative therapies.
About you
* Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical market access, preferably with hospital products and reimbursement procedures.
* Healthcare Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Polish healthcare system, including health fund regulations and reimbursement processes.
* Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
* Technical: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management; knowledge of tender law and pharmaceutical regulations.
* Education: Master's degree in pharmacy, public administration, economics, or a related field.
* Languages: Fluency in Polish and English.

The salary range for this position is :zł214 080,00 - zł285 440
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
