Sales Associate (W/M/D) - WARSAW

Job Description:

We are looking for retail talents with passion and drive for our boutique in Warsaw. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES
* Achieve individual Sales Target and be a significant team player for the store commercial target achievement
* Master selling techniques (D-Signature), Dior product offer and new collections, at least relevant to his/her own department
* Attend diverse trainings to gain in expertise and maximize the potential of all products categories and universes carried in the store
* Respect Dior Standard in terms of dress code/grooming and behave as a Dior Ambassador to all audience that include prospects and elite clients
OPERATIONS
* Perform back-office tasks (transfer, stock reception, cycle counts…)
* Apply security/cash/stock procedures and support visual merchandising guidelines
* Provide excellent Care Services, i.e. follow-up calls to customer; repair, leather, etc. to optimize every selling opportunity
CLIENTELING
* Build relationships with customers through consistent outreach according to current campaigns/programs
* Develop customer portfolio by implementing action plans to maximize recruitment (retention/conversion rate) and engagement (repeat rate), with a focus on resident/local clients
* Achieve excellence in the Dior(In)Sight program (Net Promoter Score)
You are an empathic and agile talent, that has already discovered the field of retail or hospitality for at least two years You have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison The ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication You provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication The ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment You speak Polish and english, another language on top is a plus
