Job Description:

Are you passionate about international trade and SAP solutions? Join our team and work closely with internal customers in customs and export control functions in various international locations.
As an SAP GTS Application Manager, you will play a key role in both the operation of our SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solution and the roll out to new sales and manufacturing locations worldwide. You will take the business project lead role in multidisciplinary implementation projects, delivering innovative SAP solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
In your role you would be the connection between the (end) user and internal and external IT support entities.
Key responsibilities:
* Participation in SAP GTS / S/4HANA International Trade projects;
* Supporting the migration from SAP GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS Edition for HANA (e4H);
* Analyzing, harmonizing, and optimizing customs processes, trade compliance, and logistics integration;
* Conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and preparing functional specifications and training materials;
* Implementing customer requirements and creating technical specifications for developers (ITSM Demand Process);
* Providing end-to-end user support;
* Defining solutions in customs, origin of goods, and trade compliance.

Qualifications:

* Academic degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification;
* Entry-level candidates or professionals with previous experience in SAP GTS (or similar IT systems);
* Preferably basic knowledge of EU customs law (UCC) and export control regulations (national, EU, and US);
* Ideally, experience with technical integration tools such as SEEBURGER, AEB, p.Zoll, ELAN-K2, etc.;
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and data/process modeling;
* Proficient English language skills (written and verbal);
* Willingness to travel internationally;
* Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong sense of quality;
* Confident and persuasive communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team spirit.
