We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administration Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support the management of contract compliance and assist with contract registration in the ERP system (SAP).
You will collaborate with different departments, including the sales team, legal, order management, and other stakeholders, to help ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract-related information.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn about contract management processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, has good communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Your mission will be…
* Support the sales team in reviewing customer requirements and contract terms.
* Assist in the preparation and review of sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and guidelines.
* Help monitor contract performance and support reporting activities, highlighting any potential issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and operations to support invoicing and delivery processes.
* Provide basic support to the sales team on contract-related topics.
* Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement within contract administration.
We are looking for someone with…

* Bachelor's degree (or currently studying)in business administration, finance, or a related field.
* Interest in contract management, sales support, or administrative roles.
* Basic understanding of business or contract processes (academic knowledge is sufficient).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Team player with willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
* Comfortable working in a team environment and preparing presentations when needed.
* Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
