As part of our team, you will play a key role in designing and executing strategic communication and engagement initiatives, ensuring cybersecurity programs are effectively positioned, clearly communicated, and successfully adopted by diverse stakeholder communities.

Your mission will be…

* Operate at the intersection of communication strategy, internal marketing, and cybersecurity, driving engagement and adoption across complex, security-driven initiatives.
* Define and execute user-centric communication and engagement strategies that translate technical cybersecurity topics into clear, accessible and impactful experiences for internal stakeholders.
* Act as an internal communications and engagement consultant for cybersecurity initiatives, shaping strategic narratives and positioning across domains such as Security Operations, AI, and Low-Code platforms.
* Design and deliver end-user-focused content and communication assets, ensuring messaging is intuitive, relevant, and actionable, and supports behavioral change and adoption.
* Lead the development of structured communication frameworks aligned with business and project objectives, ensuring consistency across initiatives and stakeholder groups.
* Support executive communication, workshops, and Proof of Value initiatives, translating insights into compelling storytelling that highlights impact and supports decision-making.
* Design and implement user engagement strategies grounded in UX principles, using user research, feedback, and insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and reach.
* Contribute to the positioning and success of cybersecurity solutions by combining user adoption strategy, storytelling, and internal marketing approaches.

Key areas of impact include:

* Platform & Service Transitions - Supporting strategic transitions (e.g. decommissioning and onboarding of replacement solutions) by defining communication flows and minimizing user friction.
* Security Awareness & Engagement Programs - Designing and executing initiatives that increase understanding, adoption, and effective use of cybersecurity capabilities.
* Vulnerability Management & Security Services Rollouts - Leading Comms and engagement strategies, including communication plans, and adoption frameworks.
* Community & Event Engagement - Driving visibility and alignment by engaging relevant communities and positioning cybersecurity topics across internal events and forums.
* Content Strategy & Communication Assets - Developing user-centric materials that enable clarity, drive engagement, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.

We are looking for someone with…

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, UX, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in UX strategy, communications, or internal marketing, ideally within cybersecurity or complex IT environments.
* Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging and user-friendly communication.
* Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, working across technical and business teams.
* Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level communication.
* Experience with user research, engagement strategies, and adoption frameworks is a strong plus.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Fluency in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with internal communication tools, collaboration platforms and digital content formats.
