Customer Quality Assurance Engineer

* Customer claim management for nonconforming parts returned from customer, 0km and field.
* Monitoring of defined KPI's for customer claim management process.
* Handling of non-conforming parts: blocking / unblocking.
* Coordinate sorting activities in house or external.
* Performing audits in the manufacturing area, covering the processes according to annual master plan.
* Reporting the quality status of customer claims, according to the defined report

* technical degree.
* minimum 1-2 years' experience in the field of quality, preferably in the automotive industry.
* knowledge about ISO 9001; IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, 8D.
* certification as an internal auditor (constitutes an advantage).
* good PC skills.
* advanced knowledge of English and / or German.
* knowledge of quality and environment management.
* communication skills, organization, own initiative.
* analytical spirit, ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
