Your Mission
Lead and develop the warehouse team while coordinating daily operations and logistics, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with standards, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coordinate, and develop the warehouse team (Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators).
* Ensure full inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counting and stock reconciliation processes.
* Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and line feeding.
* Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S standards, and health & safety regulations.
* Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, space utilization) and implement improvement actions.
* Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and transport time windows.
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP systems.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Evaluates, trains, and develops subordinate personnel.
* Proposes and implements measures to improve and streamline warehouse operations.

* Higher Education
* Relevant experience in the automotive sector - in a coordination role
* Knowledge of logistics flows and inventory management
* Knowledge of using ERP systems
* Romanian and English language - intermediate/advanced level
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset
* Team coordination and mediation skills
* Proactive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit
