The Customer Service Engineer (CSE) is the primary contact for Siemens Healthineers Atellica Solution and Immulite 2000, customer service and repair needs ensuring that our customers' equipment always operates efficiently. The CSE is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on all designated SHS Atellica and Immulite 2000 equipment according to instructions and company guidelines
