Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
As Carpenter, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
* Ensure carpentry work orders are executed out promptly and correctly.
* Carry out maintenance programs and preventive maintenance programs as per the schedule.
* Be efficient and do quality carpentry works all the time.
* Use personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
* Submit the work slips and work request forms duly completed at the end of day's work.
* Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.
* Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
* Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Carpenter, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
* High school diploma or equivalent and/or apprenticeship in carpentry and at least 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
* Technical skills include conducting inspections, audits and investigations. Knowledge in installing of equipment. I have thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
* Fluent in English
