Your day to day

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production equipment, contributing to continuous process improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

- Monitor machine performance, perform analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshoot issues during production

- Ensure continuous production flow, optimal use of spare parts, and timely updates of technical documentation

- Support preventive maintenance activities, equipment installation, and machine modifications

- Collect and report data on machine downtime, quality deviations, and technical interventions

- Maintain production equipment and workspace cleanliness and organization

- Propose improvements to production processes

- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety procedures

Who we're looking for

- Secondary technical education (mechanical, electrical, or similar)

- Experience in manufacturing or similar roles is an advantage

- Experience working with industrial machines and equipment is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to learn quickly and use multiple sources of information

- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
