Accenture Advanced Technology Center is looking for a Salesforce Developer with solid hands-on experience who can independently deliver well-structured, high-quality solutions while collaborating on technical design with senior team members. This role is suited for developers who are confident in their development skills and ready to take greater responsibility for the implementation of complex features.
You will work on end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, translating solution designs into reliable, maintainable code and configurations. In close cooperation with architects and technical leads, you will help refine technical approaches, apply best practices, and contribute to improving development standards across projects.

YOUR MISSION:
* Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Einstein 1 Platform, Lightning Web Components, and modern Apex
* Analyze requirements and define data models
* Build custom Salesforce applications (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, integrations)
* Evaluate new CRM technologies, product releases, and add ons (e.g., Data Cloud, DevOps Center, Salesforce Functions, Agentforce) and plan adoption
* Monitor Agentforce capabilities for workflow automation and AI extensions
* Support, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain existing customizations
* Share expertise in Salesforce development and integration patterns (secure Apex, LWC patterns, CI/CD, modular architecture, performant Flows, integration patterns)
* Leverage experience with .NET, Java, web services, and/or SQL Server to understand or build scalable integration points between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, or middleware

WHO YOU ARE: 
* Experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, declarative automation) (at least 3+ years)
* Bachelor's or Master's in IT or related field
* Background with Agentforce, AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot preferred
* Hands-on Java or C# experience and solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, modern JS frameworks (ES6+, Node)
* Strong communication, analytical skills, teamwork, and advanced English (B2 or above)
* Fluent in Slovak (C1-C2)

NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with jQuery or other JavaScript frameworks is a plus, though modern JS and LWC experience is preferred
* Salesforce Technical or Consultant Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant) is a strong advantage
* DevOps Center, Git, CI/CD, automated testing experience
* German language is a plus
