Wage (gross): From 1500 EUR/monthly (+ salary review, interesting company benefits, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority)

Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, GL, Procure-to-Pay)
* Process and review accounting data such as invoices, payments, and open items
* Assist with bank postings, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations
* Support month-end closing activities under supervision
* Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients (mainly in German) via email and calls
* Follow up on open items and support issue resolution
* Work with accounting systems and MS Excel
* Learn accounting standards, internal processes, and client requirements
* Participate in international projects and team knowledge sharing

What you need to succeed

* University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar
* German language skills at C1 level (spoken and written)
* Good command of English
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines
* Positive attitude and interest in finance and client work
* Experience with Excel and accounting systems is an advantage
