* Provide support for approx. 3,500 users across multiple countries.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and manage application system errors.
* Administer applications, user security, and permissions.
* Coordinate with IT teams and external support for issue resolution.
* Test and deploy application patches and upgrades.
* Active participation in the Application Ownership (AO) meetings

Candidate Requirements:

* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
* Experience in application support and IT projects
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
* Advanced English; German is a plus
