Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join projects in the airline industry.

Responsibilities:
* Resolve technical incidents and service requests
* Generate performance reports
* Develop and evolve infrastructure solutions
* Ensure compliance with change requirements
* Participate in agile dynamics (daily sessions, planning sessions, etc.)
Key Technologies:
You will primarily work with AWS (CloudFormation, EC2, RDS, ECS, VPC) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as CDK and/or CloudFormation. Experience with Azure and Terraform is also valued.
Strong proficiency in:
* Networking and security (VPC, IAM, Firewalls, DirectConnect, etc.)
* Languages: TypeScript/Node.js (primary) and Python (preferred)
* Microsoft environment: IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server
* Tools: Jira, Confluence, and Git
