🔍 What We're Looking For

We are seeking an MBSE Engineer with a strong background in systems engineering methodologies, standards, and model-based engineering tools. You will play a key role in defining, deploying, and supporting Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices across our space projects, taking ownership of implementing the company's MBSE strategy.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Support the definition and implementation of MBSE workflows, methods, and best practices.

* Perform systems engineering activities across early project phases (0 to C), including requirements, architecture, and model integration.

* Moderate concurrent engineering sessions and collaborative model-based reviews.

* Use SysML (v1/v2), ECSS standards, and modeling tools such as Capella or Enterprise Architect to develop system models.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the full satellite and mission lifecycle.

* Contribute to project management or project management support tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

* MSc in Aerospace Engineering.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in MBSE activities, including moderation of concurrent engineering work.

* Practical experience with systems engineering methodologies, languages, and standards (e.g., SysML v1/v2, ECSS-E-TM-10-25A).

* Previous experience in the Space Sector from Phase 0 to Phase C; full lifecycle exposure is highly valued.

* Intermediate to expert proficiency with Capella and/or Enterprise Architect.

* Ability to work independently and act as the MBSE subject-matter expert for internal initiatives.

* Experience in project management or project management support.

* Fluent English (C1 or above).

* Additional experience in systems architecture, design, or modeling beyond MBSE scope.
