For our MASSIMO DUTTI store in Bratislava - Aupark, we are looking for a colleague for the position of VISUAL MERCHANDISER.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for store merchandising in accordance with company guidelines.
- Implement creative and visual concepts within the store.
- Effectively use store props and mannequins to create appealing visual displays.
- Monitor the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on retail activities.
- Regularly analyze data and respond appropriately.
- Responsible for planning commercial and visual store activities on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.
- Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure RFID best practices are consistently applied.
- Monitor product levels on the sales floor and communicate all product needs to store managers.
- Participate in the training and development of colleagues.
- Deliver a high level of customer service in the store and follow customer service action plans.

The position may also include additional tasks related to the responsibilities described above.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fashion retail.
- Very good knowledge of Slovak and English.
- Strong visual sense and creative thinking.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Passion for fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example, motivate, and develop employees.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Salary:
Gross salary from EUR2,093 per month + potential monthly bonuses based on sales performance.
