What will your mission be?

You will join the creative team to bring new collections to life and communicate the essence of Twenty One Cycling across all our channels. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Product and Textile Design: Conceptualization and design of cycling apparel collections (jerseys, bib shorts, accessories), as well as the meticulous preparation of tech packs and production mockups.
* Pre-production: Direct and ongoing relationship with the factory for sample development, reviewing production details, grading, and cost optimization.
* R&D (Research and Development): Continuous contact with suppliers and manufacturers to source, test, and implement new materials, technical fabrics, and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
* Art Direction: Active support in the pre-production, conceptualization, and styling of photo and video shoots for campaign launches.

Perfil

What are we looking for?
* Education: Degree in Design (Graphic, Fashion/Textile) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role. Background in the sportswear or fashion sector-and especially in the high-end cycling sector (Culture Fit)-will be highly valued.
* Tools: Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and environments like Affinity. Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (CLO 3D, Blender) and video editing (Premiere / After Effects) will be highly valued.
* Portfolio: Essential to present a portfolio of recent work reflecting textile, branding, or art direction projects.
* Profile and Skills: An extremely detail-oriented individual with an exceptional eye for color management and palette selection. You have a vision for trends, the ability to work in a team under agile methodologies, and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
